Our brewery sits just around the bend from Chautauqua Lake where many mornings and evenings are accompanied by a cool and nearly opaque mist that hangs at the water's edge. One can't help but feel a sense of easy calm in this magically surreal moment amid the Lake Shore Fog. That's why our Hazy Juicy IPA is dry-hopped on 4 different days with an absurd amount of hops, making it a juice bomb that is a perfect companion for nights by the lake.
